  • Assist in preparing and issuing invoices.
  • Update and maintain billing records.
  • Support invoice filing and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end billing activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
