Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks.
- Handle data entry, document filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Other duties assigned as require from superior.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel & computer systems.
- To proactively conduct plant tours for inspection.
- Proficient in writing, calculating, and typing.
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates good discipline and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
