Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet and attend to visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle walk-ins, deliveries, and courier arrangements
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and company image
Administrative Support
- Assist in filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
- Update and maintain records, logs, and databases
- Support admin team in day-to-day office tasks
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms (booking, setup, refreshments)
Mail & Courier Handling
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail/packages
- Arrange outgoing mail and courier services
Other Tasks
- Support company events or meetings when needed
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
