Reception & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and attend to visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle walk-ins, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and company image

Administrative Support

  • Assist in filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Update and maintain records, logs, and databases
  • Support admin team in day-to-day office tasks
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms (booking, setup, refreshments)

Mail & Courier Handling

  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail/packages
  • Arrange outgoing mail and courier services

Other Tasks

  • Support company events or meetings when needed
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
