You join our team within the Strategic Equity Capital Market (SECM) department, which is looking for a SECM Business Management Officer, for an internship of 6 months fromApril .

Strategic Equity Capital Market (SECM) is the department of Natixis specializing in the implementation of equity and derivatives engineering operations for its large clients. As such, it aims to offer them tailor-made solutions adapted to their equity issues (shareholdings, self-control, dilution/relution, use of derivatives, financing, etc...).

These private operations are characterized by their often strategic nature for clients, the strict confidentiality that results from them, the need for innovation and excellence in execution, and the use of a wide range of tools specific to action engineering. (options, financing, etc.) and to all corporate finance topics.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
