Internet Installation Technician

The Internet Installer is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing internet services in townhouse residential units. The role ensures proper cabling, equipment setup, and reliable connectivity while following safety standards and providing good customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and activate internet services in townhouse units
• Run and secure network cables within townhouse structures
• Install modems, routers, ONTs, and related equipment
• Test internet speed, signal strength, and connection stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues
• Ensure neat and safe cable management inside and outside the unit
• Coordinate with project heads, team leaders, and technical support
• Explain basic internet usage and equipment handling to clients
• Complete installation reports and job orders accurately

Training will be provided upon onboarding.
