- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services accurately and promptly
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality
- Follow communication scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Education & Experience
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Must be good in communication
- Must be ready to work in night shifts
