  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers professionally
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services accurately and promptly
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality
  • Follow communication scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline
  • Must be good in communication
  • Must be ready to work in night shifts
