Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Technical Recruiter based in Karāchi. The International Technical Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with hiring teams to understand technical requirements, utilizing various recruitment platforms, building talent pipelines, and effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
