Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person
- Handle mail, documents, and messages
- Keep student records and files organized
- Help with daily office tasks and reports
- Assist Dean with needed paperwork
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any Admin course
- With experience in clerical or office work (preferred)
- Can use computer and basic MS Office programs
- Polite, organized, and responsible
- Friendly and comfortable talking to students and parents
