Job Description

Crown is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multi-site projects in Finland, with travel to Ireland and Germany. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage labour and procurement, and ensure projects meet safety, quality and programme targets.

The role requires a strong track record in roofing/cladding projects, excellent leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel across Europe. On-site, permanent full-time position with a proactive safety culture.
