About us The Engineering Student Recruitment & Outreach Office (ESROO) promotes interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and is the first point of contact for students and their families interested in pursuing an education at Canada’s top engineering school and one of the best in the world. Our team designs and delivers innovative pre‑university outreach programs offered by the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering and builds awareness of the different areas of engineering and the roles they play in society. The dynamic team shares information on the faculty’s world‑leading programs with students around the globe, supports prospective students and their families throughout the application and admissions cycle, and facilitates a smooth and successful transition into the Engineering program.
