International Recruiter

In our process of expansion, Localsoft, S.L. is hiring a highly experienced and self-motivated Recruiter to join our international team. If you are passionate about languages, different cultures and nationalities and you know what it takes to find the best talent, for both off-site and on-site multilingual projects, we would like to hear from you!

You will be accountable for the complete recruiting cycle from advertising to hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully recruit and resolve both temp and staff recruitment needs in a fast-paced work environment, where constant changes are part of our daily routine and challenge

Follow company policy and values, adhere to existing procedures and create new ones

Expand database and maintain it updated and accurate including regular feedback

Constantly look for new sources (local and global), network and advertise

Have backups available at all times

Conduct background checks
