Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced International BPO Trainer who can design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for voice and/or non-voice international processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep process knowledge, and the ability to groom agents for high performance and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver new hire training (NHT) for international voice/non-voice processes
- Conduct product, process, and soft-skills training
- Train agents on:
- Accent neutralization & pronunciation
- Customer handling skills
- Call control & objection handling
- Email & chat etiquette (if applicable)
- Prepare and update
