OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK FO THE FUNCTION

The International HR & Training Assistant supports the Human Resources Department with a strong focus on HR Training Organisation & Monitoring, Routine HR Admin. & Communication Support, Time & Absence Management, Reception & Event Organisation. The role also trains the apprentices in 1st year.

TASKS

HR Training Organisation & Monitoring

  • Organize and coordinate onsite and international training sessions (scheduling, logistics, materials, communication)
  • Monitor and maintain the initial training program for Swiss and international employees
  • Organize and monitor compliance trainings across regions
  • Administer e‑learning platforms (GO1/eQMS) (course assignments, tracking, reporting)
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors
