Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Full mobility and able to travel more than 70% of the work time on a short notice for short or long periods across Europe
  • A flexible working approach that will allow for success in an environment that can often be subject to last-minute change,
  • both in terms of client’s demand and business priorities
  • A strong, in-depth understanding of effective Facilities delivery with the ability to implement a process-led Facilities operation
  • Good communicator and be able to cultivate happy, proactive and cohesive international household teams
  • Strong finance acumen; forecast and control of budget
  • Requirements:

  • Excellent time management
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and French is an asset
  • Computer literate, Project management knowledge
  • Very good presentation
