Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries from US customers
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
- Resolve concerns effectively and professionally
- Maintain accuracy while documenting interactions
Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate Freshers can apply
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
Preferred Skills
- Confidence and fluency in English
Pay range and compensation package
25k - 38k CTC
5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Off
