We're building a dedicated customer support team in India for a leading global event ticketing platform and are looking for professionals who thrive on resolving customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and efficiency.

✅ Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding ticket bookings, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and account-related concerns.

✅ Own customer grievances end-to-end—from complaint registration to resolution.

✅ Assist customers with platform navigation, booking issues, and escalation processes.

✅ Manage payment disputes and chargeback-related queries.

✅ Maintain accurate customer records through CRM and ticketing systems.

✅ Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting quality, CSAT, and resolution KPIs.
