Are you an experienced customer support professional with a strong background in international voice processes? We're building a dedicated customer support team in India for a leading global event ticketing platform and are looking for professionals who thrive on resolving customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and efficiency.
β Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding ticket bookings, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and account-related concerns.
β Own customer grievances end-to-endβfrom complaint registration to resolution.
β Assist customers with platform navigation, booking issues, and escalation processes.
β Manage payment disputes and chargeback-related queries.
β Maintain accurate customer records through CRM and ticketing systems.
β Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting quality, CSAT, and resolution KPIs.
