Designation: Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control reviews of residential loan files as per QC standards
• Manage daily operations and client handling
• Review income, employment, credit, DTI, LTV & collateral documentation
• Validate loans against GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
• Identify risk factors, fraud red flags & compliance gaps
• Mentor team members and manage client escalations
