Position Purpose and Summary
The International Application Coordinator supports the application process for international students and provides related administrative services as required.
Key Areas of Accountability
Maintain relationships with key agencies, schools, churches and relevant organizations in the region. Assist Admissions Counsellors with follow-up calls and emails to agents, students/stakeholders, as required. Assist with campus visits as assigned. Organize group visits, individual appointments and campus tours. Manage international student applications and the application process for programs in the region. Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems using university’s enterprise systems such as Aqueduct and Jenzabar. This will include entering data, checking missing materials, uploading documents, and categorizing applications. Classify, log and store paper and electronic files.
