Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Identify potential solutions and improvement to our current workflow
- Design, experiment and develop tailored solutions to automate our workflows operations and boost customer service
- Utilise Zoho One Product Suite, and Zoho Creator to develop solutions that fit the growing requirements of our business ensuring we continue to service clients and candidates
- Create Workflows, Automations Blueprints and Custom Actions to better serve our business needs
- Integrate Zoho Applications and third-party tools to create seamless ecosystems
- Be the first point of call for technical support concerning any Zoho Issues
- Be the direct point of liaison between our team and Zoho Support
- Responsible for project coordination of both maintenance and development projects to ensure the project is on track
- Build, compile and provide reports to the team using Zoho Products
