Position: Internal Trainers
Department: Sales and Training
Location: various cities in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh
Reporting To: GM/SM of Main Outlet
Type: Full time (25 working days, 9 hours a day)
Internal Trainers will act as disseminator and tester of knowledge, observer of sales process and performance, and consultant to management. The role focuses on improving sales productivity, customer experience, and certification scores across all OEM outlets, through systematic training, performance monitoring, and consultant support.
Fixed Salary Rs 30000 (negotiable)
Variable Rs 10000 (negotiable)
Prospective location set: Karnal, Hissar, Rohtak, Yamunanagar, Kaithal, Hamirpur, Bhiwani, Jind, Bahadurgarh, Kullu
Oher perquisites:
1. Mobile reimbursement
2. Travel allowance
3. Annual bonus , linked with performance and incremental sales, upto 2 months salary
