Responsibilities Manage & convert incoming sales enquiries into revenue Prepare, manage, & follow up on high-value quotations Build & grow relationships with installers, plumbers, contractors, & resellers Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts Drive consistent achievement of monthly sales targets & KPIs Maintain & actively manage pipeline using CRM systems Provide technical product advice & solutions to clients Support & contribute to sales strategy, pricing, & customer engagement improvements Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities in the market Stay up to date with product knowledge (heat pumps, solar water heating systems) & industry trends Requirements – non negotiables Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma Sales, business, & technical qualification Trade-related qualification in plumbing, electrical, or similar (advantageous) Sales or CRM training/certifications (advantageous) 5+ years’ experience in internal sales / technical sales ...
