The role: Sustainability Coordinator (maternity leave cover - secondment opportunity)

Reporting to our Director of Marketing and Customer Insights, this secondment opportunity will have you maintaining our environmental compliance and certification programme – ensuring we are audit-ready and compliant!


Partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the business and support the delivery of our strategy, coordinating practical sustainability initiatives and outcomes.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Working with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain and ensure compliance with OfficeMax’s environmental certifications and audits

  • Ensuring and maintaining OfficeMax is adhering to OfficeMax’s Modern Slavery Policy

  • Measure emissions and waste impact on a monthly basis and provide reporting of performance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
