About the role

You will directly lead our Brisbane Internal Sales team and work closely with Branch Managers in Sydney and Melbourne to support workflow, sales performance, service standards and team development across the broader Internal Sales network.

This is a practical leadership role where you will coach the team, improve processes, use data to identify opportunities, support customers when required, and help build a stronger trade customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the Brisbane Internal Sales team.
  • Support Internal Sales teams in NSW and Victoria by working closely with local Branch Managers.
  • Drive improved sales performance, quote follow-up, customer contact and conversion.
