Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and website leads.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up for closures.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and billing.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
- Support field sales team by scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and sending product brochures or technical documents.
- Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Address customer queries related to products, prices, and availability.
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly sales reports for internal review.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints for continuous improvement.
