Job Summary

The Internal Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales function by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role acts as a central point of contact between customers, the sales team, and warehouses, handling day-to-day order administration, customer communications, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner using internal systems
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide order updates, pricing information, stock availability, and delivery timelines to customers
  • Liaise closely with warehouses and logistics teams to coordinate order delivery
  • Monitor order progress from receipt through to completion, resolving issues or delays as they arise
