Why this role?

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing a major account, assisting with accurate quoting, and providing outstanding customer service. While this is primarily a customer service role, technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail are essential to support our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
