A growing, award winning professional services firm is looking for an Internal Product & Support Supervisor to take end to end ownership of several key internal platforms, driving adoption, optimisation and measurable business value across the firm. The role sits within Change Management and works closely with senior stakeholders, third party vendors and end users to ensure internal tools are fully leveraged and continuously improved.
Key responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for a suite of internal tools, developing and maintaining a roadmap aligned to firm wide goals.
Act as primary liaison with key software suppliers, managing day to day communications, account meetings and issue resolution.
Review product release notes and new functionality, proactively identifying enhancements that improve business processes and user experience.
