Job Summary
This role is responsible of validating internal requisitions for HP equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and order fulfillment. The team member is also responsible of assisting users regarding the P360 process for ordering HP equipment. This includes the P360 Ariba interface but also support related to the order tracking process until order delivery. The team member could also support the Catalog set up activities in P360 and HP2B.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and approves HP equipment requisitions in P360 to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and order fulfillment
- Supports SNOW tickets to provide assistance to users regarding the P360 process for ordering HP equipment but also other non P360 questions related to the order status
- Liaises with other teams within Supply Chain to resolve order fulfillment issues
