Job Description
We need a very simple internal app to replace an Excel Sales Log used to track customer orders and shipping milestones.
Core needs:
- One data table for orders (fields like order received date, need-by date, prepaid/collect, carrier, warehouse release date, BOL, POD, invoice date, price check). I will provide a template of table currently used.
- Simple create/edit form with dropdowns/date pickers
- Required-field validation (flag missing entries)
- Basic due soon/overdue flagging based on dates
- 1–2 email reminders via Power Automate
Deliverables:
- Working app + data table
- Import our existing Excel data (we will help clean data if needed)
- Short handoff instructions
Please include: relevant examples, approach and estimated delivery time.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: iOS, Android, Smartphone, JavaScript, PHP
