Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Established provider group seeking a Primary Care Practitioner for a unique geriatric-focused position serving assisted living communities in Upstate New York. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling available with competitive compensation, a retention bonus, and the opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with residents. Ideal candidates will have primary care experience and be credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid.

Flexible full-time (4 - 5 days) or part-time (2 - 3 days) schedule. Focus on geriatric and assisted living patient population. Competitive compensation plus $5,000 retention bonus. Expected start within 4 - 6 weeks pending credentialing. Travel between Hoosick Falls, Cambridge, and Troy, NY locations.
