Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically capable Internal IT Support Engineer to join our Umhlanga office.

This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining our internal IT infrastructure, including networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and end-user systems across multiple office locations in South Africa.

In addition to supporting the Umhlanga office, the successful candidate will provide remote support to internal users at other South African office locations, ensuring consistent performance, connectivity, and user experience across all sites.

When internal support demand is low, the engineer will work as an extension of our Service Desk team, assisting UK-based customers with technical issues and contributing to high-quality service delivery.
