Wellington Health Care Alliance (WHCA) is seeking a Nursing Champion at each of its three hospital sites (Palmerston & District Hospital, Louise Marshall Hospital, and Groves Memorial Community Hospital) to support the planning and implementation of a modern Health Information System (HIS).
The Nursing Champion is a site-based clinical leadership role for nurses who want to help shape how HIS is implemented at the front line. Nursing Champions will serve as the primary nursing voice and liaison at their site, bridging bedside practice with project team decisions.
