The King's School is looking for a passionate and committed Internal Inclusion Leader to lead and develop The Hive, our internal provision for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is a newly created role with real scope to shape and influence practice, offering a unique opportunity to make a profound and lasting difference to some of our most vulnerable learners.

You will play a key role in driving inclusive practice across the school, supporting students to re‑engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.

You will lead a nurturing, structured provision that enables students to build confidence, improve engagement, and successfully reintegrate into mainstream education.
