Internal /External Sales Representative

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a grade 12

• Minimum 5 years sales experience or a diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing

• Metal Industry experience

• Sales and network of clients' experience.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Customer centric

Internal

• Dealing with in person and telephonic conversation with clients for incoming orders.

• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer queries and questions.

• Generation of quotes for both internal and external customers.

• Loading of purchase orders and processing.

• Placing and receiving of transfer orders between Divisions and the Mill.

• Stock Management and control from the Mill into Stock.

• Invoicing.

• Updating sales schedules.
