Job Description
MANTECH seeks a proactive and self-driven **Internal Corporate Communications Lead** in Herndon, VA to develop internal content that informs, educates, and engages our workforce. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week onsite.
In this role, you will utilize a multi-channel, integrated approach—leveraging the latest tools and techniques across multiple digital and live mediums—to reach employees in hybrid work environments, including company offices, secure government buildings, and client sites. You will be highly task- and project-oriented, developing and driving strategic internal communication plans that align with business priorities, enhance employee understanding and reinforce company culture.
