Internal Control

a) Issuing billing & generate for following sales person and support CS Import on urgent invoices.

b) Control checking for new customers appoint us for services with following documents support: -

· Quotation

· Types of Services

· Credit application form with approved credit granted by HOD / CEO.

c) Update existing vendors listing & quotation from CS / salesperson.

d) Assist to update quotation at system if found no quotation found in the system related to Forwarding & Haulage services (Import / Export).

e) Check supplier invoices for outsource haulage, cargo truck, warehousing & etc before hand over to finance for issuing payment.

f) Daily printed port's bill for Import / Export with hand over the hardcopy for all CS to further checking the adding cost for job opening within the same month.

g) Support CS Import when urgent documents require to sorting and distribute to customer.
