Job Description

The Senior Communications Manager leads the design and delivery of change communication strategies that support the successful implementation of OSI programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who is happy implement srategy, translate complex program detail into clear, accessible messaging tailored for different audiences & build organisational readiness. By working closely with program leaders and change managers, the position ensures staff feel informed and supported throughout academic and operating model transition. This role requires someone with large scale change and transformation experience.
