Purpose of the Role
The internal communications manager is designed and implemented for integrated internal communication and engagement strategies across all PTVI areas for both growth and operations, ensuring employees are aligned with corporate strategy, motivated by CARES values, and actively engaged in the company’s growth and sustainability journey.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and plan Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations and energy management system by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
