Job description

The Internal Communication Manager, based in Catania, will support the inST Italy Regional Head Internal Communication, in the development of internal communications and employee engagement activities aimed at spreading the company culture and vision, as well as in delivering of internal Business communication strategy.

Within this role, you will be part of the Global Internal Communications team, with a focus on developing and delivering internal communication strategies and contents for Catania site.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with inST Italy Regional Head, ensuring the organization's mission, values, initiatives, and people news are communicated in a regular, considered, effective and engaging way.
