Core Deliverables:
Prepare audit reports as per the IA methodology and reporting standards. Weekly Task Status Updates; Provide clear, concise summaries of ongoing audit activities, including fieldwork progress, documentation status, and emerging findings. Follow-Up Status Monitoring; Track the implementation of audit recommendations and report on the status of action plans agreed with business units. Weekly/Monthly Planning and Priorities; Share a forward-looking view of the audit schedule—highlighting planned activities such as walkthroughs, testing, interviews, and reporting timelines. Issue Escalation & Risk Alerts; proactively identify and escalate delays, bottlenecks, emerging risks, or resource gaps that could impact audit delivery.
