**Intern - Technical Support Specialist – 12 months paid contract (Hybrid work)**
**Location: Gdansk, PL**
We have an opportunity for a Intern Tech Support Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Gdansk, where you will be responsible for working with the QA team on developing CI/CD environment for the OnGuard product and testing new product features. This paid Internship is a part of our University Relations program, designed to help students launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months, starting from June/July 2026.
**You will learn** how intrusion systems operate and how to analyze logs and technical data; how to provide customer support via phone/email and follow support processes; how to troubleshoot issues, replicate problems, and work with expert teams.
