Responsibilities
We are looking to onboard an intern in our Customer Success team based at Hyderabad to fulfil the below job responsibilities:

Responsibilities
We are looking to onboard an intern in our Customer Success team based at Hyderabad to fulfil the below job responsibilities:
- Providing the L1 support for customer tickets
- Supporting the installation and troubleshooting of ONES, OPB, and NCP products.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers running SONiC.
- Learn and work with Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking protocols such as BGP, VLAN, EVPN, and VxLAN.
