Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist in processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
  • Monitor order status and help follow up on deliveries with internal departments.
  • Support communication with customers regarding order updates and general inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation related to customer service activities.
  • Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
