Responsibilities:
Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative and operational tasks.Assist in processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records in company systems.Monitor order status and help follow up on deliveries with internal departments.Support communication with customers regarding order updates and general inquiries.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation related to customer service activities.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.Intermediate English (written and spoken) is preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
