Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Engagement Management

  • Lead project initiation, planning, staffing, execution, and closure across your portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for Consulting delivery.
  • Re‑engage stale projects, ensure timely reporting for active engagements, and align stakeholders across Support, ADLS (Training), PM, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, Programming language and AI.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret metrics and drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to influence multiple cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior executives and technical teams.
