Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & Engagement Management
- Lead project initiation, planning, staffing, execution, and closure across your portfolio.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for Consulting delivery.
- Reengage stale projects, ensure timely reporting for active engagements, and align stakeholders across Support, ADLS (Training), PM, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, Programming language and AI.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret metrics and drive datainformed decisions.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to influence multiple crossfunctional teams and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
