**This position reports to**:
Production Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
Daily assistance at the start of the shift Monitor the line performance hour by hour and report to Supervisor
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Support the supervisor in the following activities:
- Report the daily abseenteeism
- Assure the lines start up within the first hour of the shift
- Follow up with materiales, quality, fabrication, maintenance, MFG to fulfill the needs of the lines
- Support HSE investigations, near misses, hazard reports & concerns
