  • Support the transfer of existing IFUs into the new standardised template, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Perform accurate data entry, formatting, and document structuring using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Word and Excel.
  • Ensure document quality by applying appropriate formatting, cross-checking content, and maintaining version control.
  • Support coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs or clarifications.
  • Contribute to maintaining organised documentation and supporting document management processes.
  • Assist with additional tasks within the Endevour project as needed.
  • Support adherence to timelines by managing assigned tasks in line with project priorities and deadlines.
  • Support of regulatory affairs tasks as needed.
