Workload: 80-100%, temporary for 6 months

What you will do:

  • Coordinate portfolio governance activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing minutes.
  • Support the creation of presentations and materials for decision‑making councils.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Jira, and Excel.
  • Ensure data quality across portfolio systems and generate ad‑hoc analyses.
  • Update process documentation, templates, and workflows to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate portfolio updates and onboard new stakeholders to the process.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
