Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers, products, and pricing trends in new and existing countries.
- Assist in new product listing and product master data creation, including accurate data entry and documentation in the system.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor comparisons, and quotation analysis.
- Prepare and maintain procurement‑related reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect product specifications and other relevant information.
- Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and documentation.
- Ensure all procurement records and files are properly organized and updated.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
