Summary

The new Intern should help on creating and following up on purchase orders (POs) and on following supplier documentation and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on supplier order confirmation and delivery date updating SAP
• Follow up on Supplier documentation and keep GeCon (systema de gerenciamento de contratados)
• Negotiate small indirect items
• Create PO
• Guarantee alignment with taxes
• Guarantee the fulfillment of EHS requirements

Qualifications

• Academic background in University Administration or Chemistry
• No working experience required
